All of Audrey Hepburn’s Iconic Looks in Breakfast at Tiffany’s – CR Fashion Book

Audrey Hepburn’s sense of style, both on-screen and in real life, has cemented her as one of the greatest fashion icons of all time. From Sabrina to Roman Holiday, Hepburn stands the test of time and continues to be adored by many for her emotionally vulnerable-yet-playful performances and charisma. Of all her oeuvre, the1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany’s, adapted from Truman Capote’s novel of the same name, is perhaps the most significant due to its contemporary influence on pop culture.

Fans of Breakfast at Tiffany’s know that Oscar-winning costume designer Edith Head enlisted Hubert de Givenchy to create Holly Golightly’s glamorous wardrobe, marking the start of Givenchy and Hepburn’s professional relationship and long-lasting friendship. Each look Hepburn dons in the film, whether she is wearing pajamas or an evening gown, is still effortlessly classic 62 years after the film’s release. In honor of its anniversary, CR looks back on Hepburn’s best outfits in the film.
