Samsung Announces Exynos Modem 5300, Promises Up to 10Gbps Speed ​​Jagat Gadget

Samsung has just announced its latest modem, the Exynos Modem 5300, which is a 5G modem that is claimed to have very high throughput with very low latency.

Launched from the GSM Arena, the Samsung Exynos 5300 modem is designed to provide download speeds of up to 10Gbps and upload speeds of up to 3.87Gbps, with support for FR1, FR2 and EN-DC technologies.

Samsung stated that this modem also supports network connectivity across generations, from 5G and LTE to 3G and 2G. For LTE, the modem can provide download speeds of up to 3Gbps and uploads of up to 422Mbps. For 5G networks, the modem supports NSA and SA modes.

The modem has been processed with the latest 4nm EUV technology, and has energy efficiency, as well as a longer battery life for devices that use it in the future. The same modem has also been verified by many global mobile network operators and it supports 3GPP 5G NR Release 16 to enable 5G capabilities more easily.

At the moment, Samsung has not provided detailed information regarding the first chipset that will use the modem.
